Australian eupelmid/pteromalid

Is this Eupelmidae? Longish marginal vein and 7 funicle segments. Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

This is one of those males that could be either a eupelmid or pteromalid. I think the former is more likely, but can't be sure.
