Unfortunately I have only this view.

The insect was attracted to light. Can anyone suggest at least a family?

Hopeless cases. Pteromalidae is a very large family defined only by the absence of features diagnostic for other chalcidoid families so a lot of incertae cedis (uncertainly placed) genera end up in this containing group. They are very hard to identify even with the help of expert reference collections.

Thx Robert, I am aware that Chalcidoidea is a messy group.
