These are the other types of black-orange ones. These were around 5 mm I think. Several specimens.

If the face is smooth and brilliant, I think of Diplazontinae Promethes sulcator male and female!
But it is risky! :?

I exactly know the coordinates, because I checked on 'google earth', these wasps were found on the wall of the corridor in the dormitory where I live in Debrecen. In spring I usually leave the window open to let insects in - I found dozens of insect families every week. :)

So, exact locality: 47°32'42.08"N 21°38'27.09"E
E-Hungary, Debrecen, not far from the forest called Nagyerdő. 19.06.2008. At night.
