unusual and rather spectacular wasp -Chalcidoidea(?) ones...

Hi


It has been a while since I didn't come here to this forum! And I come back with one of the amazing wasps I've ever seen.

These photos were taken by my friend Pedro Pires, in Coimbra - November 2008. The wasp is around 3 mm - 4 mm

Chalcidoidea, Family Encyrtidae, subfamily Tetracneminae. Could be a female of Mira sp., but I need to check this.
