Hello,
Denmark, Fyn, Middelfart, coastal area, at the edge of a beeches highwood, in the undergrowth (brumble, nettles, burdocks), Outsidefoto, 8th of August 2016, (Photo: kuv).

It is an Ichneumonidae, a male of the genus Ichneumon or related.

Try "Ichneumonoidea / Schlupf- und Brackwespen" subforum.
