Hello,
Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Brodersby near Schleswig at the fjord Schlei, uncultivated way with bushes between (empty) fields, altitude: ca. 5 m, Outsidefoto, 6th of August 2015, (Photo: kuv).

This is the family Braconidae, probably the subfamily Cheloninae, which are parasitoids of Lepidoptera.
