Wasp ovipositing on fungus

On 2014-07-19 I found this wasp on a fungus on a fallen beech in a forest near Marburg. A video is available here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hym_-_2014-07-19.webm. Looks for me like an Ichneumonoidea, but I've never seen one on fungus... Regards, Ingo

Yes, very like that!

Unfortunately the wing venation isn't clearly visible at any point in the video, however the shape of the 1st tergite and the rather small-sized propodeum are fairly distinctive.
