Unknown wasp -> probably Ichneumonoidea

Hello,

an absolute unknown wasp for me. ID of family possible?
Location: Germany, east of northrhine-westfalia, wet meadow with deciduous trees, 150 msm, size about 6 mm, only this photo on 11.07.2013.

Can't be absolutely positive, but the many-segmented antenna suggest this belongs to the Ichneumonoidea (wing venation is not clear, but what I can see of it is consistent with the ichs). You may wish try posting this image on that board.
