Apparently , Arge enodis (L. 1767) (Vein 3rm straight) (Antennae not hairy)

the vein 3rm is never absolutely right !
When this one is curved, she is clearly.

Yes, I have seen that and before reading your last post I have re-read Berland and understand better what makes A. enodis different from other Arge black species. Thank you very much, I am very satisfied to give at last a name to this insect and to know why :)
