Can anyone suggest a family for this wasp? Netted, Townsville, Queensland.

Ah, a classic Platygastridae (NOT Scelionidae) - no wing venation, "knobby legs" and downturned antenna (the last two characteristics will not be found in any key, but are often quite useful in recognizing this group).
