Chalcidoidea with long ovipositor

Hello
I caught this Chalcidoidea species on my roses the 22/07/2017 in NE of France (57925 Distroff), lenght body : 4-5 mm and ovipositor 1-2 mm

Undoubtedly, this is a member of the family Torymidae, whose species often parasitize hosts hidden deep in plant tissues (hence the long ovipositor), especially galls. The most common genus is Torymus, but I don't think this is what you have - the wing venation is not quite right for that genus. Regrettably, I cannot give you any more info as to what genus it is.

According to habitus, wing venation, stong frenal line, conspicuous tooth on hind femur: maybe a female Monodontomerus sp?
