Small egg parasitoids

Hello,
I found some green Heteroptera eggs, maybe from Palomena prasina. My intension was to follow the development of larvae, but
the eggs changed color to grey, and after 22 days little dark wasps hatched. They look similar like wasps hatched from other Heteroptera eggs which were identified as Platygastridae. Do these wasps belong to the same family and is further ID possible?
