Is this Platygastridae? Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

Technically, yes. But only because the Scelionidae has been synonymized under Platygastridae - I'm one of those old farts who still prefer the old name. In any case, I believe it was (and still is) a member of the subfamily Scelioninae, which are all egg parasitoids, mostly of Heteroptera, Lepidoptera and spiders.
