Can anyone suggest a family for this wasp? Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

here I'd go for "your favorites", a male Encyrtidae!? But better wait for Bob.

Marc nailed it - no need to wait for me! But I would add that it appears to be the subfamily Tetracneminae, which are parasitoids of mealybugs.
