Can anyone suggest a family for this wasp? Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

This looks like a Scelionidae to me. Is that a very long ovipositor, or the end of the hind leg? Long ovipositors are not common in the Scelionidae, so if that is what it is, this may be easier to ID than normal.
