Brachypterous wasp from Cyprus to ID

What can be said about this small wasp found in Cyprus? Is it Dryinidae?

I do not know what it is, but it is NOT a dryinid - dryinids have only 10 antennal segments. I suspect this is either a Braconidae or Ichneumonidae.

I would say it must be a male Pseudopezomachus masii.
