Eulophidae - anything more possible?

Length about 2 mm.

I'm pretty sure this is a Euderinae - there are several setal lines radiating out from the uncus, and immediately behind the marginal vein is a space bare of short setae but with just a couple of long setae.

Jeez, I really got suckered in by the reduced number of antennal segments into thinking this was a eulophid. Glad empeejay was around to correct my error.
