Australian Eulophidae

Is this Eulophidae? Sweeping over grass. Townsville, Queensland.

Well, I can see only 3 segments for each tarsus - that makes it a Trichogrammatidae, which is consistent with the look of the antenna and wing venation. There is no scale here, so I assume this is one of your tinier specimens, right?
