Can anyone suggest a family for these wasps? Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

My first reaction was to say it is a scelionid, but now I agree with Rapha - I think this is likely the eurytomid genus Axanthosoma. Although the genus is fairly easy to separate from other eurytomids, there are no good keys to species (3 described species are known from Australia, plus another 4 undescribed). This genus is parasitic on the eggs of cicadas.
