Eurytoma spp. and Tetramesa spp. are quite common & widespread, so it wouldn't be a surprise for me, if you'd find them in Portugal. As one colleague posted, the fauna is quite poorly known for Portugal!?
Maybe you'll search the "Chalcidoidea and others"-forum for Eurytomidae/Eurytoma/Tetramesa, you should find some posts on them on hymis.de. There you'll get an impression, how these beasts look like.
