Eulophidae?

What can be said about this wasp? It is a parasitoid of Agromyzidae pupa.

location: Aveiro, Portugal
date: August 2016

Yes, definitely a eulophid.

It is impossible for ME. But there may be others out there familiar with the Palearctic fauna who could tell you.
