Is this Platygastridae? Light tra, Townsville, Queensland.

I think I know why you suggested a platygastrid - the wing venation seems greatly reduced. But this isn't a platy - I'm certain it is something in the Chalcidoidea instead, but because the wing venation is mostly hidden I can't be certain of the family. It MAY be an encyrtid, since it seems to have a punctiform marginal vein and no postmarginal vein and the mesopleuron looks convex.
