Can anyone suggest a family for this wasp? Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

Rapha is correct about the family, but I was wondering if Graeme could get an image of the front of the head - is there a protuberance coming out from between the antennae? Something about the habitus of this species reminds me of Paratetracnemoidea, which has such a protuberance there.
