The closest I get to with this small female is Dichrogaster aestivalis.
But as far as I understand correctly, if Horstmann says that the colors of this species are very variable (e.g. light red to black for the thorax), he also writes nur Mesosternum, Nähte um das Skutellum und Mittelsegment immer (soweit bekannt) schwarz.
Here the mesosternum is entirely orange, not black.
So I doubt about my ID...
