Ichneumon - and no idea

Hello,

is it possible to identify this ichneumon? I have no idea. Length about 2 cm.

Location: Germany, Rhineland-Palatinum, 53572 Unkel, river Rhine valley, Stux hill, dry and warm habitat (grapeyards), meadow in front of a grapeyard, 14. 07. 2017.

Banchus sp., maybe palpalis (cf.?) looks good - can someone confirm this?
