This is a Lissonota species.

Hello,
A very Thanks.
1) - I had rejected Lissonota because Townes (1969 - part 3 - p. 27) wrote "short stalk"
2) - I badly appreciated the presence or the absence of fringe of setae on the Clypeus, thus I did not examine the Propodeum !
