A nice one! Do you have other views?
It looks like Pygostolus otiorhynchi (Euphorinae) to me, but I'm not a specialist.
See:
van Achterberg, C. (1992). Revision of the European species of the genus Pygostolus Haliday (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Euphorinae), with a key to the Holarctic species. Zoologische Mededelingen, Leiden, 66(24), 349-358. (PDF)
