Eupalamus wesmaeli

Eupalamus wesmaeli

Hello,

An Ichneumoninae found in North of France, Clairmarais, the 17 october 2017, in ow Vegetation, in a mainly deciduous forest
I am not sure what Genus it is, if it is a Coelichneumon sp. I think it could be Coelichneumon dubius female but some details seems odd
I count 45 articles on the flagellum of the antenna, size 15 mm (without antenna), the gaster has a slight bluish-black shining coloration
The antenna flagellum are enlarged like in Coelichneumon sp., but the post petiole is very smooth and the abdomen seems very short for Coelichneumon sp. ?

I think this could be Eupalamus sp. female... Have checked with Tereskins key to subtribe Cratichneumonina (https://www.zobodat.at/pdf/LBB_0041_2_1317-1608.pdf). It's not Coelichneumon sp. (postpetiole is always longitudinally striate in Coelichneumon).

Thanks you Geir !
I think that you are right ! I didn't think at this Genus while searching, the drawings by Tereskins and others seems very convincing !
I think it could possibly be Eupalamus wesmaeli but I'm not entirely sure, I have more search to do to be more sure
