Hi,
can anything be said about this female Ichneumon?
Finland Kokkola 22 August 2017.
Size body 8mm.

How can you exclude Pimpla flavicoxis?

Actually this is Pimpla flavicoxis becaues the base of the antennae are clearly yellowish. In Pimpla insignatoria the antennae are uniformly colored (more brownish/black).
By the way this critiria is not always so clear that's why the female are not always identifiable.

Which is clearly paler than the distel part, so
P. flavicoxis
