Parasitoid of Orgyia antiqua

Hello,
this wasp hatched from a caterpillar of Orgyia antiqua found in Germany, Saxony. Is ID possible?
Size approxymately 8 mm.

Thank you very much for determination of subfamily and selection of possible species. :D
The list is not very long. Maybe I can find some additional information in internet and exclude some species. After a short visit in the gallery of Camille with only one member of this subfamily my optimism is slightly dampened.
