I've observed this Ichneumonoidea in the Netherlands.
Size about 15 mm

Someone who recognize this?

I've searched for Braconidae in the Netherlands, but I have not found a similar type (with a small waist).

Tersilochinae seems to me to be quite similar. I think it's the true subfamily. I think it will be difficult to achieve generic name.
