More pictures of this female Epitomus infuscatus can be found on the Norwegian Artsobservasjoner, posted today:

It is only 3,7 mm long, and found by sieving on a moist meadow.
I end up with Epitomus using both Selfa & Diller 1994 and Perkins.
I exclude both alpicola and proximus using Perkins, Diller 1981 (Die Arten der Gattung Dilleritomus und Epitomus) and Strobl 1901 (Ichneumoniden Steiermarks).
I would appreciate comments if anyone can confirm this one.
