Ichneumonidae in august?

Small wasp in south of Norway in august. Possible to ID?

My first guess is Cryptinae, Phygadeuontini, Stilpnina, male Atractodes.
If it is, it is a very difficult genus. Have a look at this Jussila-key from Finland:

Available as pdf.

But I may be very wrong. Anyone for a better try?
