Could this be Sycaonia foersteri (Wesmael 1848) ? I have no reference specimen so difficult for me to be certain, but it keys out to foersteri in the keys to Cratichneumon (in both Perkins 1960 and Rasnitsyn 1981).
Size ~6,5 mm. Flagellum 25 segments. Scopa not present (hind coxa evenly punctured). Shape of vein Rs+M fits with drawings in Perkins 1960.
Location is Nesodden, Southern Norway (from malaise trap, june 2014).
