It is a Nomada, and for me it seems to be a male of one of the larger species, maybe succincta or similar - but with such small photos and without any information about time and location the very difficult detemination of Nomada from photos becomes impossible, I think.

Good morning, I'm sorry if I did not specify the place and time, the photo was taken on April 10, 2018 on a hill, about 200 m above sea level in Cesena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
