Tetralonia or Tetraloniella

Osimo (AN), Marche, Italy, 02/07/2017

This is a small bee (max. 1 cm). I think it could be a Tetralonia or Tetraloniella
Is it possible to determine it?
Thanks in advance

Marco

I would suggest Tetraloniella alticincta (male).
