Andrena sp. ? Cfr. male of Andrena sp.

Hi,
on June 30, 2017 I observed many of these black bees on Melilotus albus near Ravenna (Italy). This one was on a leaf nearby. I'm not even sure about the family but I guess it might be an Apidae Andreninae. Is this correct?

Thanks for your help!
