Red and yellow wasp, Greece. Which species?

This week I photographed this red and yellow wasp on The Peloponnesos in Greece.
Would appreciate it to give it a name!

Hi Jaap,

I'd say Rhynchium oculatum hebraeum GIORDANI SOIKA 1952 (ssp. hebraeum as the mesonotum is red).
But better wait for the experts...

Regards,

Marc

There is only one species in this region, so R. oculatum can be confirmed. The "subspecies" are no true subspecies, but colour forms.

Best wishes, Christian
