Postby Isidro on 16 Apr 2017, 22:59

Small halictid? bees (about 7-8 mm lenght) aggregation in inflorescence of a plant in the cabbage family. Bees was active, not sleeping, but only flying if one approach to close. Today at 6 p.m. in a sunny open suburban grassland on dry gypsy soil in Saragossa, NE Spain, 200 meters over sea. Any idea please?

Difficult even to recognize a genus here. You have more detailed pics of wing venation?

Best wishes, Christian

I only have the same photos at bigger resolution, but I fear that the details will be not more visible for that.
