Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, area of nurseries for trees, earthern wall along a street with uncultivated bushes and plants under big oaks, at a leaf of hop, 29th of June 2016, (Photos: kuv). Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

Hi, Horst, super, :D ; that are very nice papers (I haven't found till now!) - Thank you very much!
But I see too that "ID of wasps" is a complicated and difficult subject.
