Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, area of nurseries for trees, earthern wall along a street with uncultivated bushes and plants under big oaks, 30th of May 2016, (Photos: kuv). No idea, please help to get the ID.

I think it is a Symmorphus sp. Someone with more experience might give you a species ID.

It is probably Symmorphus bifasciatus. However, there are some rare and similar species, and the cannot identified further from this photo.
