Dinetus sp.? form western France

I wonder if it could be possible to ID the species shown in the attached pictures. The photos were taken on 4th August 2016 in Préfailles (France, Dept. Loire Atlantique) on flowering low vegetation on the rocky Atlantic coast.

This is a male Lasioglossum sp. (a bee), perhaps L. calceatum, or related.

L. calceatum can be excluded (see size and position of tergal spots etc.), but L. interruptum male may be possible.
