It is a Priocnemis sp., subgenus Priocnemis (female), but I can't tell you the sp., maybe Christian could...

If I had to guess, my guess would be P. exaltata, based on the large "window" near the tip of the wing, long 3rd antennal segment and the seemingly long postnotum. But it is just a guess...

I find there is P. (Priocnemis) sp, with the habitus, long antennal segments & large postnotum, maybe exaltata, but I'm not sure (I can not eliminate hyalinata & fennica).

A detailed view to tarsal claws and to scutellum/metatnotum dorsally will be helpfull. P. fennica/hyalinata have a long tooth on claws.
